Judy Garland wasn’t a hot pinup girl during WWII; and there aren’t many 1940’s vintage pinup girl photos of her. At the start of the war she was still a teenager and besides during early war years the studios bound her boobs, dressed and marketed her as the cute little girl-next-door type. She sang and entertained the U.S. at war while they watched her grow into the sexy sultry very hot and talented girl-next-door type. She never really was a swimsuit model during the war years but as the 1946 birth of her daughter Liza Minnelli will attest she did grow up; and as these sultry photos below show, quite beautifully too!
