The camera and the crowd thought she was beautiful and they loved her but...bless her anyway

Two of her classmates at this school were Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland. For Susanne Foster life was pretty good at that point but as her life played out it seemed that her true love was really singing and she was more comfortable on the theater stage than in front of the Hollywood cameras. Regretfully her time in the spotlight would be brief and her life and movie career was rout with troubles that would cause her grief woe throughout her stay on this planet. In 1945, she quit Hollywood to raise her two younger sisters. She later took to the stage, starring in a 1948 Los Angeles production of The Naughty Marietta.
